    Dissolution of the LaCC

    It is with a great saddness that we must inform you of the dissolution of the Littlestown area Chamber of Commerce (LaCC).  As you may know, the LaCC has worked to preserve, strengthen, and advance the Littlestown civic community by enlisting its social, educational, commercial, and governmental institutions in cooperative service to the community.

    Thank you for your support of the Littlestown Area Chamber of Commerce over these past years. It is unfortunate, but at this time the LaCC has become economically unviable. The monies remaining in the LaCC General Fund, after the satisfaction of the obligations of
    LaCC is met, will be distributed between the Doc Greenholt Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Littlestown Area Historical Society.

    1. This memorandum serves as formal notification that the LaCC will be dissolved by December 31, 2011, pursuant to Article VIII of its constitution.

    2. All outstanding debts will have been discharged by that time and the bank account will have has been reconciled and closed.
